About the event
What we will do: Arrive by 10.15am for 10.30am start from: Stonehurst Farm Car Park, Bond Lane, Mountsorrel, Leicestershire LE12 7AR, OS grid ref 577 153. Long walk 7.5 miles; Short walk 3.5 miles approx. Easy walking, some short but not steep hills. Lunch options: There is a café and shop at Stonehouse Farm or the Granites Coffee Shop at Mountsorrel. Or you can bring your own picnic lunch and sit outside. There is a £2 charge if you wish to go into the museum & nature trail areas at Mountsorrel which can be paid for at the Granites Coffee Shop.
