Car/Bus Ramble: Radcliffe on Trent to Holme Pierrepont

We will walk along Holme Lane, around Skylarks nature reserve, finally around the open water swimming lake before returning to Radcliffe. Picnic lunch. Or have lunch at a local pub in Radcliffe on Trent at the end of the walk.

About the event
Start walk: 10.15am for 10.30am. Meet in the car park down Wharfe Lane. Description of walk: 6 miles From the Wharfe Lane car park, we will walk along Holme Lane, around Skylarks nature reserve, finally around the open water swimming lake before returning to Radcliffe. Picnic lunch. Or have lunch at a local pub in Radcliffe on Trent at the end of the walk.

Directions by car: From Nottingham A52, left into Radcliffe-on-Trent. Opposite the church turn left onto Wharf Lane NG12 2AN. Meet and park
in the small car park down Wharfe Lane or on the road. What 3 Words = frogs.trade.unit.
Directions by bus: The Mainline (Trent Barton Green Bus) to Bingham goes through Radcliffe-on-Trent from Friar Lane Stop F2 every ten minutes. The journey takes about half an hour. Get off at Vicarage Lane. Ask the bus driver if you are not sure.
