About the event
You MUST reserve your seat by phoning Gillian and David W on 0115 9568375. Please give your name, the date of the walk, your contact details and the pick-up point you will be at to get on the coach. The best time to phone is in the evening. If you turn up on the day without having booked a place on the coach we may have to turn you away. Please inform David & Gillian if you wish to CANCEL your booking not later than the Thursday before the walk. This RSVP does not guarantee you a place without booking on the coach.
There are usually 35-40 people on the coach.
Picnic lunch for all parties. Fare £13 for club members and £15 for non-members to be paid on the coach in cash on the way back. Please bring the exact fare.
